87: Olympic Biathlon to 3-Gun with Lanny Barnes

Lanny Barnes, three time Olympic Biathlon competitor and current 3-Gun Nation Pro Series Competitor, is on the podcast this week and we recorded this just a couple days before she took the title of First Place Lady in Limited Scope at Rocky Mountain 3-Gun. Lanny also tells us what she learned in Biathlon while pushing her body to the extreme and then quickly flip flopping to focus on a skill sport and how she applies those skills to 3-Gun.

Highlights From the Show:

  • Why 3-Gun is a nice break after years of biathlon training
  • How to stay at the top of your game physically at a high elevation match
  • Plus! Lanny’s thoughts for the future of 3Gun
  • And more!
